7th grade students continued working on their family tree project Imaginary family tree which is due tomorrow first thing.

7th grade students warmed up the day with vocabulario B U1E3, we then watched a quick video about family with a whiteboard activity and then we began a new project:

8th grade students also completed a verbal activity using their homework from yesterday and also watched Maricela. La tarea: Irregular present progressive verbs worksheet.

7th grade students have their unit 1 chapter 2 test today.
8th grade finished their stories today and learned about the present progressive. Tarea: bring in 3-4 pictures depicting one of our verbs from any vocabulary lists.

7th grade students corrected their study guides for the chapter test on Monday. We did one practice sheet to continue our efforts on matching our adjectives and articles with the nouns. Noun adjective agreements U1E2
8th grade students finished writing their stories and I hope to have them posted on my school website for you to read by Monday!

7th grade students reviewed articles and adjectives, began a group activity involving describing a famous person/character and la tarea: U1E2 study guide
8th grade students practiced direct object pronouns and then have a group activity where they will be writing a story in Spanish using four sequential pictures.

7th grade students complete a drawing race today, a warm-up activity reviewing articles and adjectives, a verbal activity practicing clothing and descriptions. La tarea: Gramatica C U1E2
8th grade students warmed up by practicing the seasons and everything that can go with the season (weather, months, activities and clothing), we had two verbal activities to practice direct object pronouns and la tarea: Gramatica C U3E3

Welcome back! I hope everyone had an enjoyable Christmas break! Time seems to fly by doesn’t it? Anyways, 7th grade students jumped right back into Spanish with several speaking activities, a writing activity and dare I say it, homework! gramatica B U1E2
