All students recieved their final grade sheet from their previous exploratory teacher and my current students have their first vocabulary quiz tomorrow.
German students watched Henning’s Haus in its entirety today and then finished their partner interview.
Spanish students completed various listening activities and then created a mini dialogue in Spanish.
French students had a few verbal activities and received a project to be completed by tomorrow.

I hope that everyone treated their mom to a special day yesterday, or at least tried really hard to not fight with your siblings!
German students started their country research project today. Tuesday through Friday we will be working in the computer lab to complete this project. However, if the project is not complete by Friday, it will be homework and is due Monday, first thing. German country project
Spanish students are trying something new this rotation. They will be creating a presentation in Photo Story. Today they created the skit in Spanish for the story and Tuesday through Friday they will be in the computer lab, putting their presentation together. photostory-requirements

Country Project
Today students received their quiz #2 results and went over the answers. Remember, quiz corrections are due by Friday. Also, every class received their country project. We will be working on this in class, in the computer lab, every day this week. The project is due by Monday. Students may present their findings in either a packet (Word) or by PowerPoint. If you do not have PowerPoint at home, do not start it at school.
German country project German students may research: Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein or Switzerland.
Spanish Students may research: any Spanish speaking country country (not sure, ask me!)
French country project French Students may reserach: France, Quebec, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Morocco and Belgium.
